Irish Potatoes
Although seasonal candies are meant to spread the holiday spirit, Irish Potatoes make St. Patrick’s Day dreaded.
Every year, people buy these candies in search of a festive treat, and every year, they disappoint.
With a downright disgusting combination of coconut and cinnamon, Irish Potatoes easily “take the cake” as the worst seasonal candy.
In attempts to stay on theme, these masses of coconut goo are disguised as mini potatoes, through being misshapen and rolled in cinnamon.
However, these brown lumps appear strange and gross, which only adds to their undesirable nature.
This St. Patty’s Day, say no to the potatoes and stick to the green candies!
Disney Adults
One of the most hated archetypes of people is Disney Adults.
These people differ from your typical Disney enthusiast.
Rather than simply enjoying the movies, these individuals obsess over all things Disney and will make sure you know about it.
From wearing Mickey ears in public to painting Mickey Mouse on their walls, these types of people are obsessive.
Not only is going to Disney and buying Disney merchandise a waste of money, but it’s also cheesy for adults to obsess over child-oriented media.
As much as it’s okay to enjoy Disney, even as an adult, people should look to be more well-rounded and pursue other interests and hobbies, especially ones more suited to their age.
Paper Straws
Paper straws are responsible for some of the most aggravating dining experiences of all time.
Not only are these straws wasteful, but they also begin to disintegrate only a few minutes into enjoying a drink.
One of the worst feelings is trying to sip your beverage through what feels like a wet wad of tissue paper.
Not only are they practically unusable, but they also make your drink taste odd.
Drinking through a paper straw makes every sip begin to taste like cardboard, further ruining the dining experience.
On top of this, paper straws are nearly as wasteful as plastic straws, making them pretty much pointless.
Stop using paper straws and switch to biodegradable plastic, or even skip the straw altogether!
