During last November’s Lunch and Learn pilot, lunch mess was a primary concern. After two weeks of Lunch and Learn, the observed collateral was not that bad. Trash cans could be found nearly everywhere in the building, students were largely cleaning up after themselves, and carts with cleaning supplies were even available. Compared to when lunch is held in the cafeteria at large, Lunch and Learn’s potential trash problem, once kinks were smoothed out, was not that bad.
