Holiday cheer
With winter holidays right around the corner, if you haven’t already decorated and cozied up by a fire with hot cocoa, this is your sign to do so immediately.
The anticipation leading up to gift-giving and receiving holidays, take Christmas and Hanukkah for example, is beginning to gnaw away at people.
The time to celebrate family and friends is upon us. So sing along to some Christmas carols in the car, wrap your gifts to stick in stockings and bake some holiday treats.
Keep yourself going by working towards your school-free Christmas break and take some time to reflect on the year before New Year’s. Spread some holiday cheer this season.
Seasonal items
One of the best parts of fall and winter is all the seasonal drinks, treats and scents that are finally available to purchase.
Starbucks’ pumpkin spice latte and peppermint hot chocolate are back and as delicious as ever. All things cinnamon are out there waiting for you. Special Bath & Body Works perfumes and lotions are back.
Take some time to appreciate these limited-time products while you can and indulge a little bit this season.
Enjoy as much pumpkin spice as you can before peppermint completely takes over and enjoy as much peppermint as you can before it disappears until next year.
Get into the cooler weather spirit by relishing the seasonal items this time of year has to offer.
Sweater weather
As winter gets into full swing, be sure to cozy up by a fire with a good book and a warm drink. Put on some soft clothes and relax for a while. There’s some well-deserved lazy time coming up.
Dress up in some cute winter outfits and get the full winter effect with some thick, cable-knit sweaters.
With temperatures only getting colder and the wind more brisk, now’s the time to layer up. So wear that giant cardigan you’ve been excited to style since you got it in spring.
Take pleasure in the small things, like the feeling of your warm bed as you greet a cold morning as you get up for school or work, and try to embrace the chillier weather.
