Due to the district wide network disruption that occurred at the beginning of the semester, there was a big push to fit curriculum in before the winter break. While the pressure is seemingly inevitable every year, the push this year was largely a result of the inability to access resources and time lost due to the disruption, placing pressure on both students and teachers alike. Students often do not remember information that has been forced into the instructional schedule as well as information they learn under normal circumstances. For this reason, leading into the winter break was stressful for students and teachers.
