Kawabonga!...Catching a wave, senior Vanessa Morrison surfs off the coast of Ocean City, New Jersey. Morrison started teaching herself how to surf after initially being introduced to surfing by her grandparents.

Teen surfers travel across the coasts for passion

By taking trips to the shores during their free time, teen surfers are able to get proper practice riding waves in the ocean. Some surfers use cross training like skateboarding and snowboarding when away from the shore.

Through its realistic family dynamics, ‘King Richard’ provides the viewer with a film with characters that feel relatable, sympathetic and incredible all at the same time. The film gives the viewer insight on the Williams sisters prior to their sports stardom.

Through cooperation and chemistry on and off the court, the boys volleyball team sits tightly in the top five of the district rankings. The team has managed to make up for their lost season but still has mental games to win before they can reach their maximum potential on the court.

Winter proved frustrating for the track team as multiple snow storms left the team unable to complete its normal workout routines. Coaches and athletes adjusted, accordingly.
