Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow predicting an early spring and daylight savings brought back our afternoons. As warm weather encroaches we can spend more time outdoors connecting to nature. Given extra time away from school, more time has been spent outdoors. With the changes in life due to the outbreak of novel COVID-19, we can take time to reconnect with our true selves, nature, and those we are quarantined with. If we all learn something from the outbreak, other than to wash our hands, let it be that there is value in a slower lifestyle.
