In order to diversify options and maximize customer satisfaction, the new Liberty Thrift in Souderton is providing a multitude of sections from clothing, furniture, and accessories as well as engaging with their customers.
The new thrift store has sections organized into brand, clothing style, music, furniture, and much more.
Frequent customers believe that the many different options that the store has to offer have added to the store’s success after opening.
According to junior Thao Tran, “I really like the scarfs, accessories and jewelry sections at the store.”
The store does not limit the number of options it has for different types of styles.
“They have a wide variety of accessories,” Tran said.
According to junior Mallory Stutzman, she likes the jewelry section the most because “they are my favorite store for accessories,” Stutzman said.
Beyond the accessories section, the store also has antique items and furniture.
“The first thing that caught my eye is the antique shelves. They are very spaced out and organized and look beautiful,” Stutzman said. “The furniture section is also very well done. It does not look like second-hand furniture at all.”
Not only do these different sections offer variety to the public but the store also provides affordability to its customers.
“We have everything that you would want to get for a discount price, and that would keep you from having to go to big stores like Walmart,” Liberty Thrift employee Diarmani Deveaux said. “We have top-notch stuff here for only $3.99 or $4.99.”
The organization between each of the sections of the store is an aspect that customers are sure to point out.
“I like that it is so organized. Specifically, when you walk into the store, there are all of the boots right there and organized. It’s amazing,” Stutzman said.
Beyond the organization of each of the store’s departments, the positive environment is what adds to the store’s charm and keeps customers coming back, according to Tran. “It is a very heartwarming environment. Everyone there, the customers and workers, always have a smile on their face. Including me,” Tran said.
The employees make sure to tend to the customers’ needs, but also go further and engage in conversations.
“The workers are so sweet. Whenever I go up to checkout, they always compliment the article of clothing I’ve picked out,” Stutz said.
Liberty Thrift Store connects the community
With the opening of the new Liberty Thrift Store, the Souderton community is continuing to grow and introducing new ways for customers to shop while fostering a tight-knit community.
