The hard work of IT and other technological supports did not go unnoticed during the network disruption. Working long hours and on the weekends, restoring the network was no easy feat. Dealing with the disruption was not logistically easy, either; creative solutions, patience and flexibility as technology was gone, and is now reimplemented, has made the situation easier on students, faculty and staff.
