Spring arrives to deliver prime sportstime

Bringing good weather and mint-condition fields, spring is what wakes sports back up.

Spring is on the horizon, and with it comes some of the best conditions to play sports in. Fans and players are getting ready to get back outside.
Winter sports can be entertaining to watch for a bit.
Hockey and indoor track are fun sports to watch. But, what do they have in common? They’re stuck inside.
With spring arriving shortly and warm weather just around the corner, many fans and players can rejoice with a brand new season of outdoor sports to come.
Baseball is one of the most popular sports in America. A large portion of its popularity is derived from its atmosphere.
The atmosphere of sports is what makes them so enjoyable.
There are things you find in a baseball game that you won’t find anywhere else.
The beautiful weather, the smell of hotdogs and burgers grilling and the sound of players and fans getting hyped up for the game are only some of the many examples.
When a fan is able to watch their favorite sport while enjoying a delicious meal and cooling from a small breeze, it makes the experience drastically better.
Now, this isn’t to say that winter sports are bad. Hot dogs and burgers are still sold at hockey games, and the atmosphere is incredible. The sound of fans roaring throughout the stadium is electrifying.
But when everybody is cooped up inside and it is cold outside, it just doesn’t have the same feel as any spring sport does.
With the warm weather, it also makes it much easier to engage in the sport with friends.
It is hard to play hockey or any sport with friends during the winter because of the frigid conditions and lack of space.
With sports that take place in spring, there is no need to find a specific place to play them.
Friends can play volleyball anywhere as long as they have a net and some space for the perimeter. They could play in anybody’s backyard.
If a group of people wanted to have a quick game of baseball, all they would need is a field and some equipment.
Some may argue that with warm weather comes allergies and bugs.
Nobody wants to have to deal with a stuffy nose or a bug biting them over and over, I understand that more than anyone. I’m allergic to pollen and just about everything that exists outside.
Those people aren’t wrong to dislike that part of spring, but these problems don’t completely take away the beauty of springtime.
In just a couple of months, summer arrives, which has everything good that comes with spring.
Spring is the start of a year full of the best sports to watch, play and everything in between.
Sports fans should be through the roof with excitement because one of the best times of year for sports is here, and it is just getting started.
